| Abstract: | With restrict control,31 patients with malignant tumor who had lived for 10 years or longer after diagnosis were studied. Using their peripheral blood mononucleocytes, the ~3H-thymidine incorporation inhibition assay and the ~3H-thymidine incorporation assay were respectively utilized to examine natural killer cells(NK cell)mediated cytotoxicity and T-lymphocyte function in vitro. The results showed that the NK cell activity and T-lymphocyte function of tumor patients were lower than that of normal control (P<0.05).The long-term survivors NK cell activity and T-lymphocyte function were higher than that of the relapse cases and tumor patients (P<0.05), but lower than that of the normal control (P<0.05). |
