《金匮要略》所论短气与特发性肺纤维化

特发性肺纤维化（ＩＰＦ）临床以进行性呼吸困难为特征，与中医所论短气相似。本文分析了《金匮》对短气的辨证论治，参考近代研究，对ＩＰＦ的证治进行了探讨，认为肺肾虚弱、风湿之邪入中、邪气痹阻胸中可能是本病主要病机；治疗当考虑补益肺肾、宣痹祛邪、活血通络。

Shortness of Breath and Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Described in Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is clinically characterized by progressive dyspnea and is similar to shortness of breath described in TCM.This paper presents analysis of the disease and holds that this disease is mainly due to deficiency of the lung and kidney,and invasion of wind and dampness which causes obstruction in the chest.In treatment,it is advisable to invigorate the lung and kidney,remove obstruction and activate blood circulation.
