| 摘 要： | 目的：运用具有益肾养阴，化瘀利湿作用的抑清汤治疗免疫性不孕症的临床疗效观察。方法：观察ＡｓＡｂ阳性的不孕症患者，分Ａ组（单纯免疫性不孕症）和Ｂ组（兼症免疫性不孕症），分别从ＡｓＡｂ、ＡｓＡ滴度的转阴及妊娠情况进行总结。结果：Ａ组ＡｓＡｂ转阴率１００．０％，妊娠率达７６．７％；Ｂ组ＡｓＡｂ转阴率为６０．９％，妊娠率为３３．９％。结论：抑清汤具有抑制和清除异常抗体，促进受孕的作用，对单纯免疫性不孕症疗效较好。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Yiqing Decoction in the treatment of immune infertility.METHOD:Infertility patients with AsAb positive were divided into Group A (simple immune infertility) and Group B(immune infertility as a complication).RESULT:In Group A the rate of the positive AsAb changed into negative was 100.0% and pregnant rate was 76.7% while in Group B,the two rates were 60.9% and 33.9% respectively.CONCLUSION:Yiqing Decoction has the function of inhibiting and removing abnormal antibodies and promoting pregnancy and is effective for simple immune infertility. |
