| 摘 要： | 目的了解高校教职工的心理健康状况。方法使用精神症状自评量表（SCL-90）对2016名广东工业大学教职工进行调查。结果心理异常336例，占16.67%；女性心理异常检出率（19.03%）高于男性（14.40%），女性在躯体化、抑郁、恐怖因子分与男性相比，差异有统计学意义（p〈0.05）。结论高校部分教职工存在不同程度的心理异常，尤其是女性，是心理维护的重点对象。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mental health of university staffs. Method 2 016 staffs from Guangdong University of Technology were investigated by the Symptom Checklist 90 （SOL-90）. Results 336 staffs （16.67 %） were diagnosed with mental problem. The incidence of mental-problem in females （19.03%） was higher than that in males （14.40 % ）. The difference between women and men in the somatization, depression, terrorist factor scores was significant （p〈0.05）. Conclusion The mental problem has occurred to part of university staffs, especially females, which require psychological help. |
