黄芎汤对脑出血急性期大鼠血浆内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽的影响

摘    要:目的探讨黄芎汤对脑出血急性期大鼠血浆中内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响,寻求黄芎汤治疗脑出血急性期的实验依据。方法以放免法测定急性期血浆ET、CGRP含量。结果与正常对照组相比,模型组ET及CGRP含量升高,差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。黄芎汤大剂量组与模型组比较,ET含量明显降低,差异有极显著性(P<0.01);CGRP含量升高,但差异无显著性。结论黄芎汤能降低急性脑出血大鼠血浆中ET的含量,据此及有关ET生物活性的研究可知,黄芎汤能减轻由于脑出血造成的脑血管痉挛,调节脑出血大鼠血管舒缩功能,改善缺血脑组织的供血供氧。

Abstract:Objection:To study the influence on Huangxiong Mixture to endothelin(ET)and calcitonin gene -related peptid e(CGRP)rats with experimental acute intracerebral hemorrhage for availables of Huangxiong Mixture's treating a-cute intracerebaral hemorrhage rat s model.Methods :ET?CGRP levels in plasma be measured precisely by Radi o -Immunity method.Results:ET?CGRP levels in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal group(P<0.01),The level of ET in the Huangxiong Mixture large dose group were significantly lower than that in the model group(P<0.01).CGRP level in the Huang xiong Mixture large dose group were higher than that in the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Huangxiong Mixture can cut down the level of ET in the model ra ts' plasma,raise the plasma CGRP in the model rats.According such resul ts and the bilogy effect of ET and CGRP,we know that Huangxiong Mixture can loose the cerebrum organization damage of lacking blood,lacking oxy gen and free radical caused by acute intracerebral hemorrhage,and prom ote to cure the damage of acute intrac-erebral hemorrhage of animal experimental model.
