重叠HCV感染的慢性乙肝患者病毒复制及肝损害情况

为探讨慢性乙肝患者重叠感染HCV后，对乙肝病毒复制及肝功能损害的影响，对23例重叠HCV感染的慢性乙肝患者（A组）和50例单独HBV感染的慢性肝病患者（B组），分析其HBeAg,HBV-DNA，抗-HBcIgM及其临床表现、临床体征、ALT、TBIL、白蛋白、凝血酶原活动度等指标。结果：A组HBeAg阳性率26．1％低于B组56％（P＜0．05），DNA阳性率A组30．4％低于B组62％（P＜0．05），抗-HBcIgM阳性率A组17．4％低于B组46％（P＜0．05）。A组引起重度肝损害的阳性率为34．8％，B组为14％（P＜0．05），提示慢性乙型肝炎重HCV感染，HCV对HBV复制有抑制作用，重叠感染发生重度肝损害的机会大。

The study of virus duplication and liver injury of chronic hepatitis B patients with overlapping infection of HCV

Objective: To observe the effects of overlapping infection of HCV on the hepatitis B virus duplication and liver function injury of chronic hepatitis B patients Methods: 23 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients with overlapping inection of HCV (group A) and 50 cases of chronic liver disease patients with single infection of HBV (group B) were studied, and such data as HBeAg, HBV DNA, anti HBcIgM, clinical symptoms, signs, ALT, TBIL, albumin, activity of thrombogen, etc were analysied Results:The HBeAg positive rate of group A was 26 1%, less than that of group B which was 56% ( P <0 05) The DNA positive rate of group A was 30 4%, that of group B was 62% ( P <0 05) The HBcIgM positive rate of group A was 17 4%, that of group B was 46% ( P <0 05) The positive rate of severe liver injury of group A was 34 8%, that of group B was 14% ( P <0 05) Conclusion: The duplication of HBV can be inhibited by HCV when chronic hepatitis B patients are overlappingly infected by HCV Severe liver injury occure more often in cases with overlapping infection
