苦豆子片成型工艺的研究

摘    要:目的研究苦豆子片成型配方。方法采用单因素辅料筛选和正交试验法,以硬度为指标,对苦豆子片配方进行了优化。结果经极差比较、方差分析和水平间多重比较,并结合实际应用,得出最佳配方,可使片剂硬度达到4 kg且片面光滑无缺。结论新的配方明显改善苦豆子片硬度,达到了薄膜包衣的质量要求。

Abstract:Objective To study a formula for forming the Sophora Alopecuroides L.seeds into tablets.Methods By selecting best excipients and using orthogonal design which took the hardness as index,The formula of Sophora Alopecuroides L.seed tablet was optimized.Results By means of range comparisons,ANOVA methods,multiple comparisons and combining these results with actual situation,the optimized formula was obtained.The hardness of the optimized tablet was about 4 kg,and its surface was smooth and intact.Conclusion The new formula improved the hardness of Sophora Alopecuroides L.seed tablet remarkably,and suitable for further thin film coating.
