| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫腔填塞纱条联合欣母沛治疗产后出血的临床疗效。方法将118例产后出血患者随机分为2组：对照组51例和治疗组67例。对照组采用按摩子宫、注射催产素、舌下含服米索前列醇等治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用欣母沛联合子宫腔填塞纱条治疗。并比较2组产后出血的情况。结果治疗组治疗后2、24h出血量均日月显少于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论欣母沛联合子宫腔填塞纱条是治疗产后出血的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of uterine cavity gauze packing and yan pei joint treatment on post-partum haemorrhage. Methods 118 post-partum hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into 2 groups ： control group （n = 51） and treatment group （n = 67）. The control group were treated with uterine massage,intravenous administration of oxytocin, and sublingual administration of misoprostol; As to the treatment group, uterine cavity gauze packing with yan pei intramuscular injection was jointly administered in addition to the same treatment for the control group. The status of post-partum hemorrhage was compared between the two groups. Results Bleeding of the treatment group was significantly less than that of the control group （P〈0.05, respectively） either 2 hours or 24 hours after treatment. Conclusion Uterine cavity gauze packing and yan pei joint treatment is an effective one for post-partum hemorrhage. |
