| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺治疗中风后吞咽障碍的临床疗效.方法:选择中风后中重度吞咽障碍住院患者68例,采用醒脑开窍针法治疗.结果:临床治愈26例,显效24例,有效16例,总有效率97.06%.结论:醒脑开窍针法治疗中风后中重度吞咽障碍临床疗效显著,与该疗法强调整体治疗、调神导气及严格的手法量学有关.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture on poststroke deglutition disorders. Methods Sixty-eight inpatients of moderate and severe deglutition disorders were treated by the activating brain function to cause resuscitation needling method. Results Twenty-six cases were cured, 24 were remarkedly effective, 16 were effective, with a total effective rate of 97.06%. Conclusion This needling method has a markedly therapeutic effect on poststroke moderate and severe deglutition disorders. |
