支架成形术治疗头颈部动脉狭窄的临床应用

目的：探讨头颈部动脉狭窄性疾病应用腔内成形及支架植入术治疗的方法、疗效和安全性。方法：本组头颈部动脉狭窄35例，均经股动脉穿刺插管，经长鞘或导引导管将导丝或动脉保护伞越过狭窄段至远端正常管径动脉内，之后于狭窄段放置自膨式支架或球扩式支架，其中9例应用脑保护装置。自膨式支架置入病例中狭窄严重者选择球囊预扩张8例．后扩张3例。结果：本组均成功行头颈部动脉狭窄腔内支架成形术。本组无脑梗塞及脑出血等严重并发症发生。随访观察患者临床症状改善，恢复良好。结论：腔内支架成形术治疗头颈部动脉狭窄是一种创伤小、安全易行、疗效确切的治疗方法。

Clinical application of stenting for the treatment of neck and cranial artery stenosis

Objective:To investingate the method,efficacy and safety of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and stenting(PTAS) for the treatment of neck and cranial artery stenosis.Methods:35 patients with the neck and cranial artery stenosis were pcnformed by the seldinger technique.The wire or filter device were across the Stenosis to normal artery through the length sheath or guiding catheter,then the self-expandable stent or balloon-expandable stent was implanted in the stenosis segment and the cerebral protection device were used in 9 cases.The balloon pre-expand and post-expand was used in the severity stenosis cases with self-expandable stent in 8 and 3 respectively.Results:PTAS for the treatment of neck and cranial artery stenosis was enforced successfully in 35 cases.The adverse effect and severity complication was not been found.Clinical symptom obtained improvement and recovered well during following-up.Conclusion:PTAS for the treatment of neck and cranial artery stenosis is safe,easy and effective method.
