优质护理理念在上消化道出血急救患者中的应用效果评价

目的探讨优质护理理念在上消化道出血急救患者护理中的应用及效果。方法选取我院2011年8月～2013年8月收治的60例上消化道出血急救患者，分别于优质护理服务开展前后各抽取30例，对照组接受常规急救措施，观察组接受优质护理措施，比较两组焦虑抑郁情绪和患者护理满意度。结果观察组出血量、止血时间和再次出血发生率均明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（456．75±28．87）vs（678．98±34．68），（36．97±5．69）vs（29．75±4．72），（3．33％）vs（23．33％）]，观察组护理满意度为100．00％，明显高于对照组（86．67％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理理念指导下的护理措施能够明显减轻上消化道出血急救患者的焦虑抑郁程度，提高患者护理满意度。

Evaluation of application effect of quality nursing in patients receiving first-aid due to upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Objective To investigate the application and effect of quality nursing in the patients receiving first-aid due to upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Sixty patients receiving first-aid due to upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013 were selected, of which 30 patients were selected respectively before and after the implementation of quality nursing services. The control group received conventional first-aid measures and the observation group received quality nursing measures. The anxiety-depression emotion and patient nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had significantly less bleeding amount, shorter hemostasis time and lower rebleeding incidence than the control group, with statistically significant differences （456.75±28.87） vs （678.98±34.68）, （36.97±5.69） vs （29.75±4.72）, and （3.33%） vs （23.33%）]. The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than the 86.67% of the control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality nursing concept guided nursing measures can significantly reduce the anxiety-depresslon degree of the patients receiving first-aid due to upper gastrointestinal bleeding and improve the patients＇ nursing satisfaction rate.
