摘    要:目的 探讨bFGF与远红外线结合治疗对烧伤创面愈合的效果.方法 回顾性分析2011年6月~2013年8月期间我院收治的45例烧伤患者(共有创面71个)的临床资料,将患者按照治疗方法分为对照组23例(共有创面36个),采用常规方法治疗,观察组22例(共有创面35个),在常规方法治疗基础上使用bFGF结合远红外线治疗.比较两组患者7d、14 d、21 d的创面愈合率、愈合时间、临床疗效及色泽、柔软度、厚度及血管分布评分.结果 观察组与对照组比较其治疗7d、14 d、21 d的创口愈合率、总有效率明显较高,愈合时间明显较短,色泽、柔软度、厚度及血管分布各项评分均明显较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 bFGF结合远红外线治疗有利于提高伤口愈合率及临床总有效率,使愈合时间显著缩短,降低瘢痕评分,可以作为一种有效的方法在临床推广应用.

Influence of bFGF combined far-infrared treatment on burn wound healing

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of wound healing in burn treated with bFGF combined with far-in- frared. Methods Forty-five burn patients(a total of 71 wounds) clinical data selected from June 2011 to August 2013 in our hospital were retrospective analyzed, all the patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment, the control group included 23 cases (a total of 36 wounds), treated with conventional method, the observation group in- eluded 22 cases (a total of 35 wounds), treated with bFCF combined with far infrared therapy on the based of the con- ventional method. 7 d, 14 d, 21 d of the wound healing rate, healing time, clinical efficacy and color, softness, thick- ness and vascularity score of the two groups were compared. Results 7 d, 14 d, 21 d of the wound healing rate, the to- tal efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, the healing time was sig- nificantly shorter than that of the control group, the scores of the color, softness, thickness and vascular distribution were significantly lower than that of the control group, there were significant differences in all the above adexes be- tween two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The burn wound patients treated with hFGF combined with far infrared therapy can improve wound healing rate and clinical total effective rate, can significantly shorten healing time, reduce sear score, it can be used as an effective method in clinical application.
