摘    要:目的 探讨黄芪多糖对糖尿病足部溃疡成纤维细胞增殖功能的影响.方法 选择糖尿病足部溃疡患者15例,取患者创面边缘全厚皮片,分离、培养、传代成纤维细胞.比较不同浓度黄芪多糖对成纤维细胞增殖功能的影响.结果 各组间吸光度A值比较差异有显著统计学意义(F=21.357,P<0.01),其中100μg/mL组和500μg/mL组显著高于对照组,而500μg/mL组又显著高于100μg/mL组(t=3.926、7.254、4.359,P均<0.01).结论 黄芪多糖能够促进糖尿病足部溃疡成纤维细胞的增殖,并且随着浓度的增加,促进作用越强.

Abstract:Objective To discuss effect of astragalus polysaccharide on proliferation of fibroblast at diabetic loot ulcer- ation. Methods Fifteen cases with diabetic foot ulceration were selected. Full thick skin graft at edge of ulcer were cut to separate, foster and passage fibroblast. Effects of different concentration of astragalus polysaccharide on proliferation of fibroblast were compared. Results Absorbance of four groups had significant difference (F=21.357,P〈0.01). Absorbancea of group of l00μg/mL and group of 500μg/mL were higher than control group, and that of group of 500μg/ mL was higher than group of 1001μg/mL (t=3.926,7.254,4.359,P all 〈0.01 ). Conclusion Astragalus polysaccharide can improve roliferation of fibroblast at diabetic foot ulceration, and the effect increase with concentration of astragalus polysaccharide increasing.
