青壮年猝死综合征脑干中缝背核5-羟色胺及5-羟色胺转运体免疫组化研究

摘    要:目的 探讨5-羟色胺和5-羟色胺转运体在青壮年猝死综合征脑组织的表达及其意义.方法 运用免疫组织化学S-P法检测10例正常脑组织和8例青壮年猝死综合征脑组织中5-羟色胺和5-羟色胺转运体的表达水平,利用图像分析技术测量阳性细胞的平均光密度值.结果 青壮年猝死征死者脑干中缝背核5-羟色胺的平均光密度值低于正常脑组织,而5-羟色胺转运体的平均光密度值高于正常脑组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 5-羟色胺及5-羟色胺转运体的变化参与青壮年猝死综合征的发病过程,可作为诊断青壮年猝死综合征的参考指标.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the 5- serotonin and 5-serotonin transporter expression and significance in brain tissue of sudden manhood death syndrome. Methods Used immunohistochemical S-P staining method in 10 cases of normal brain tissues and 8 cases of sudden manhood death syndrome in expression of 5-HT and 5-serotonin transporter in the brain tissue, using image analysis technique to measure the mean optical density of positive cells of value, Re- sults The average optical density of the .5- serotonin in the dorsal nucleus raphe of sudden manhood death syndrome was lower than that in normal brain tissue, and the average optical density of 5-serotonin transporter was higher than that in normal brain tissue, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The changes of 5- HT and 5- serotonin transporter were involved in the pathogenesis of sudden manhood death syndrome, which can be used as a reference marker for diagnosis of sudden manhood death syndrome.
