孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗支气管哮喘的临床观察

目的 观察孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗支气管哮喘的疗效.方法 76例支气管哮喘患者分为观察组和对照组各38例.两组均予抗炎、抗感染、祛痰、解痉、吸氧、纠正水和电解质紊乱等常规对症治疗.观察组在常规治疗基础上加用舒利迭雾化吸入治疗,含丙酸氟替卡松250μg和沙美特罗50μg,每天早晚各吸入一次.孟鲁司特10 mg,睡前口服,1次/d.疗程2个月.结果 治疗2个月后,两组患者的FEV1、FVC、PEF均较治疗前显著升高,且观察组患者治疗后的FEV1、FVC、PEF明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.观察组患者的临床总有效率94.74％,明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗支气管哮喘可以提高临床疗效,改善支气管哮喘患者的肺功能,值得推广和应用.

Clinical observation of montelukast combined salmeterol and fluticasone propionate in treatment of bronchial asthma

Objective To explore the effect of montelukast combined salmeterol and fluticasone propionate in treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 76 cases of bronchial asthma patients were divided into observation group and control group of 38 cases. Two groups were given anti-inflammatory,anti-inflammatory, expectorant,antispasmodic, oxygen, correct water and electrolyte imbalance and other conventional symptomatic treatment. Observed group based on the use of Seretide inhalation therapy containing 250 μg fluticasone propionate and salmeterol 50 μg,sooner or later, one inhalation once daily. Montelukast 10 mg,orally at bedtime,1 times / d.Course of two months. Results After 2 months of treatment,both groups of patients with FEV1,FVC,PEF were significantly higher than before treatment and FEV1 ,FVC ,PEF of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈O.05）.The efficiency rate of observation group was 94.74%,was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast combined salmeterol and fluticasone propionate in treatment of bronchial asthma can improve clinical outcomes and improve lung function.
