两种疼痛评估量表在老年患者癌痛护理中应用效果分析

目的探讨数字疼痛分级法量表及面部表情量表在老年患者癌痛护理中的应用效果，为临床医生用药提供准确、有效的依据。方法将2012年1～12月收治的120例老年癌痛患者分为两组：使用面部表情量表进行疼痛评分的60例癌痛患者设为对照组，使用数字疼痛分级法量表进行疼痛评分的60例癌痛患者设为观察组，均采用规范的三阶梯镇痛治疗，比较两组癌痛患者在癌痛规范化治疗7d后的疼痛缓解率。结果经过7d治疗，观察组疼痛缓解率为95％，对照组疼痛缓解率为83．33％，两组比较具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论数字疼痛分级法量表较面部表情量表反映患者的疼痛程度更为细化、精确度高，为临床医生凋整止痛药物剂量提供了依据，使癌痛患者得到有效、专业的疼痛护理，提高生存质量。

The effect of two kinds of pain assessment scale in the elderly patients with cancer pain nursing

Objective To discuss the application effect in numerical rating scale （NRS） and face pain scale-revised （FPS-R） in the elderly patients with cancer pain nursing, to provide accurate and effective basis for clinical doctors. Methods In this study, 120 elderly patients hospitalized with cancer pain were divided into two groups. 60 patients of using NRS were set as control group , and 60 patients of using FPS-R were set as observation group. All were treated by three？steps？analgesic ladder. Compared two groups of patients with pain in the standard treatment of pain relief rate 7 days later. Results After 7 days of treatment, we could get the effect evaluation was that observation group of pain relief rate was 95%, the control group in pain relief rate was 83.33%, the difference between the two groups was significantly（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with FPS-R, NRS reflected the level of pain in patients with more detailed and higher accuracy,provided the better basis to adjust the analgesic drug dose for clinical doctors, made more efficient and professional pain nursing care in patients with pain, improve their quality of survival.
