α-L-岩藻糖苷酶联合AFP、CA199对原发性肝癌的早期诊断价值

目的：探讨血清α-L-岩藻糖苷酶（AFU）联合甲胎蛋白（AFP）、CA199对原发性肝癌（PHC）早期诊断价值。方法用化学速率法和化学发光微粒法测定64例已确诊的早期原发性肝癌（A组）、肝脏良性病变患者（B组，包括肝硬化31例、肝囊肿19例、肝血管瘤12例）和30例健康体检者（C组）血清中的α-L-岩藻糖苷酶及AFP、CA199。结果早期原发性肝癌患者血清中的AFU、AFP水平与其他各组比较差异有显著意义（P均〈0.05）。AFU联合AFP、CA199检测阳性率与AFU、AFP、CA199单项检测阳性率比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01），对PHC 诊断的敏感性为96.9%，准确性为97.4%。结论多项指标联合检测可显著增加阳性检出率，有助于原发性肝癌的早期诊断、病情观察及治疗效果评价。

Early diagnostic value of serum AFU combined with AFP,CA199 in orig-inal hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To explore the clinical value of combined detection of serum AFU,AFP and CA199 in hepato-cellular carcinoma. Methods The AFU was measured by chemistry speed colorimetry and AFP,CA199 were measured by corpuscule enzyme immunoassay in 64 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma,62 patients with benign disease（including 31 patients with cirrhosis,19 cases of liver cyst,12 cases of liver hemangioma） and 30 normal subjects. Results The levels of AFU, AFP,CA199 in the hepatocellular carcinoma group were significantly higher than those in other groups （P〈 0.05）. The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of serum AFP,AFU and CA199 combined detection（96.9% and 97.4%）were higher than those of single assay. Conclusion The simultaneous combination tests can rise advantage and increase the positive detection rate,contribute to diagnose primary hepatic carcinoma, distinguish the changes of the illness stage and investigate the curative effect.
