多层螺旋CT与腹部X线平片在诊断肠梗阻中的临床价值对比研究

目的比较多层螺旋CT与腹部X线平片诊断肠梗阻的临床价值。方法对2012年11月～2013年11月期间来我院就诊的95例肠梗阻患者进行回顾性分析，分别采用腹部X线平片及多层螺旋CT进行检查，采用统计学方法比较两种影像学方法与手术病理结果吻合性及患者舒适度、图像清晰度及操作难度。结果多层螺旋CT检查中梗阻诊断准确率、梗阻原因、梗阻部位及绞窄性梗阻率与腹部X线平片比较明显较高，两种影像学方法检测结果比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。多层螺旋CT检查中患者舒适度、图像清晰度均高于腹部X线平片，而操作难度与腹部X线平片比较明显较低，两种影像学方法比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论多层螺旋CT诊断肠梗阻与腹部X线平片比较确诊率高，在诊断肠梗阻的发病原因及部位等方面也有一定优势，可以为疾病的诊断及治疗方法的制定提供有价值的参考依据。

Comparative study the clinical value of multislice CT and abdominal X- ray in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction

Objective To compare the clinical value of multislice CT and abdominal X-ray in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction. Methods 95 cases of bowel obstruction collected form November 2012 to November 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, they used abdominal X-ray, and multislice spiral CT check, two images learning methods and surgical and pathological findings consistent resistance and patient comfort, image clarity and operation difficulty were compared with statistical methods. Results The diagnostic accuracy of obstruction, obstruction causes obstruction and strangulation obstruction of muhislice spiral CT examination were higher than the abdominal X-ray, there were significant differences between two kinds of imaging detect methods （P〈0.05）. The patient comfort, image resolution of Muhislice spiral CT examination was higher than the abdominal X-ray, while the difficulty of the operation was less than the abdominal X-ray,there were significant differences between two kinds of imaging detect methods （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The diagnosis rate of intestinal obstruction of multislice CT is higher than abdominal X-ray, in terms of diagnosis of intestinal obstruction causes of morbidity and parts also have certain advantages, can provide valuable diagnostic and treatment methods for the development of diseases of reference .
