螺内酯片联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床研究

目的探讨螺内酯片联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法选择我院2012年1月-2013年12月收治的早期糖尿病患者80例为研究对象，随机分为两组各40例。对照组给予缬沙坦胶囊治疗。观察组采用螺内酯片联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗。结果治疗后观察组和对照组患者的24h尿微量清蛋白水平均明显降低，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后观察组患者的24h尿微量清蛋白、血清肌酐及血清钾水平均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于早期糖尿病肾病患者采取螺内酯片联合缬沙坦胶囊的治疗效果更加显著．能够有效减少患者尿蛋白，保护肾功能。

Clinical research on spironolactone tablets joint valsartan capsules in treating early diabetic nephropathy

Objective To analyze the effect of spironolactone tablets joint valsartan capsules in treating early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Selected 80 patients of early diabetic as the research object, from 2012 January to 2013 De cember in our hospital as the research object, they were randomly divided into two groups, 40 patients in each group. The control group were given valsartan capsules treatment. The observation group were treated with the spironolactone tablets joint valsartan capsules. Results After treatment, patients with 24h urinary albumin levels of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower, the difference were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treat ment, 24h urinary albumin, serum creatinine, serum potassium levels of the patients of the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with early diabetic nephropathy, take spironolactone tablets joint valsartan capsules treatment, with more significant effect, can effectively reduce the urine protein, protect renal function.
