腔镜辅助小切口甲状腺手术与传统手术效果比较

目的 探讨腔镜辅助小切口甲状腺手术在良性甲状腺结节中的临床效果.方法 选择86例良性甲状腺结节患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例.观察组行腔镜辅助小切口甲状腺手术,对照组行传统手术,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、引流总量、引流时间、住院时间、住院费用、并发症发生率及美容效果.结果 无论单侧还是双侧手术,观察组的手术时间、住院费用明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组术中出血量、引流总量、引流时间及住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组术后并发症发生率为6.98％,显著低于对照组的25.58％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组患者术后满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 腔镜辅助小切口甲状腺手术具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,适用于不超过4 cm的良性甲状腺结节.

Comparative observation of endoscope assisted small incision thyroidectomy and traditional operation effect

Objective To explore the clinical effect of assisted small incision operation in thyroid benign thyroid nodules in the mirror. Methods A total of 86 cases of benign thyroid nodules inpatients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 43 cases. The observation group of endoscopic assisted small incision in thyroid operation, the control group received traditional operation, operation time, bleeding volume, the total drainage, drainage time, hospitalization time, cost of hospitalization,complications and cosmetic effect were compared between the two groups. Results Both unilateral or bilateral operation, operation time,hospitalization expenses in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.The total amount of bleeding and drainage, drainage time and hospitalization time in the observation were lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.The incidence was 6.98% in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（25.58%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Patients postoperative satisfaction scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscope assisted small incision thyroid operation has the advantages of small trauma, quick recovery, suitable for benign thyroid nodules less than 4cm.
