高压氧对颅脑外伤昏迷患者的康复效果及护理探讨

目的观察高压氧对颅脑外伤昏迷患者的康复效果。方法选择颅脑外伤昏迷患者50例，随机划分为对照组和治疗组各25例，对照组采取常规治疗，治疗组采取高压氧治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的平均苏醒时间为（15±1．5）d，明显少于对照组的（20±1．2）d，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组的总有效率为88％，显著高于对照组的68％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论颅脑外伤昏迷患者早期采取高压氧治疗。并做好人舱前的护理以及加压、稳压、减压过程的护理，不但可有效减轻或消除患者的后遗症．并能挽救更多患者的生命。

Hyperbaric oxygen for patients with traumatic brain injury coma rehabilitation and nursing explore
