| 摘 要： | 门静脉海绵样变性是一种肝外性门静脉高压症，儿童罕见，临床表现不典型，可出现消化道出血、肝脾大等，需提高警惕，依靠医学影像学检查可提高该病的诊断率。

| Abstract: | Cavernous transformation of portal vein is a kind of extrahepatic portal hypertension,which is a rarely dis-ease in children,and its clinical feature is untypical. It is often complicated by hemorrhage of digestive tract and hep-atosplenomegaly,which need close attention. By image examine can increase the digestive rate of CTPV. |
