护理干预在预防手术室外科伤口感染中的临床应用

目的 探讨护理干预在预防手术室外科伤口感染中的临床应用.方法 选取286例手术患者,将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组143例采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用手术室管理、手术室感染管理、规范性手术操作、改进术区消毒、严格无菌操作、完善术前护理与合理使用抗菌药物等手术室综合护理干预措施.结果 经手术室综合护理干预后,伤口感染率低至2.80％,显著低于对照组（14.69％）,且观察组甲级愈合率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;手术室综合护理干预的护理满意率也显著高于常规护理,两种护理方式的护理满意度情况比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 完善手术室综合护理干预措施可有效预防外科伤口感染,促进伤口愈合,提高护理满意度.

Clinical application of prophylactic nursing intervention on operation room surgical wound infection

Objective To discuss the nursing intervention to prevent the operating room surgical wound infection in clinical application. Methods A total of 286 cases of operation patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group, the control group （n=143） gave routine nursing, observation group （n=143） gave the man- agement of operation room, operation room infection management, normative operation, improve operation area disin- fection, strict aseptic operation, improve the preoperative nursing care and reasonable use of antimicrobial drugs in op- eration room nursing intervention measures in the control group. Results After operation room comprehensive interven- tion, wound infection was as low as 2.80%, significantly lower than control group （14.69%）, and Class-A healing rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）, operation room nursing satisfaction of comprehensive nursing intervention were also significantly higher than the routine nursing care, the difference of nursing satisfaction between two nursing was significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures can effectively prevent the operation room surgi cal wound infection, promote wound healing, improving nursing satisfaction.
