社区老年人群抑郁障碍综合护理干预效果研究

目的 探讨社区老年人群抑郁障碍的综合护理干预效果.方法 将67例社区抑郁老人随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组给予老年心理卫生健康讲座,根据研究对象意愿进行家庭访视或电话咨询,给予心理疏导与劝慰,发放健康教育手册;干预组在对照组的基础上再给予为期8周的综合护理干预措施,在干预前、干预后4周和干预结束时采用老年抑郁量表和生活质量量表对两组老年人的抑郁状况和生活质量进行测评,评价干预的效果.结果 通过综合护理干预8周后,老年抑郁量表评分为（13.07±4.43）分,较干预前及干预4周后都明显降低（P＜0.05）;干预组与对照组相比,在干预4周及8周后老年抑郁量表评分比对照组降低明显（P＜0.05）;干预8周后生活质量表7个方面的评分均比干预前显著提高（P＜0.05）.结论 综合护理干预方法对社区老年人群抑郁障碍的防治是有效的,且简单易行,值得在社区中推广.

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in community elderly depressive disorder

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the elderly with depressive disorder in community. Methods All 67 eases of the elderly with depressive disorder in community were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Elderly mental health lectures was given in the control group, according to the research object＇s wishes, home visits or telephone consultation was given, meanwhile psychological counseling, encouragement and distribution of health education handbook was also taken. The intervention group was accepted comprehensive nursing intervention for 8 weeks based on the routine psychiatric nursing. Geriatric depression scale and quality of life scale were used to assess the depressive status before and after 4 weeks＂ intervention and by the end of the intervention. Results After given comprehensive nursing intervention for 8 weeks, the score of geriatric depression scale was （13.07±4.43） scores, and decreased significantly when compared with that before and after 4 weeks＂ inter- vention （P〈0.05） ; the score of geriatric depression scale in intervention group was lower than that of in control group after 4 and 8 weeks＂ intervention; the scores of 7 aspects of quality of life scale were significantly improved after 8 weeks＂ intervention when intervention group compared with control group. All the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention for the elderly with depressive disorder is effective, simple and easy, worthy to be popularized in community.
