阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

目的 观察阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效.方法 选择2011年1月～2013年1月于我院就诊的64例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,对照组予二甲双胍每次0.5 g,口服,3次/d,观察组加用阿卡波糖50mg,3次/d,早、中、晚餐口服,疗程12周,比较两组的疗效.结果 观察组和对照组患者治疗前的空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖比较,无显著性差异（P＞0.05）,治疗后均较治疗前降低,且观察组患者治疗后的空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖分别为（8.3±1.6） mmol/l、（10.2± 1.5） mmol/l,分别较对照组明显降低,组间比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05）.治疗后12周后,观察组的总有效率达93.8％（30/32）,对照组的总有效率达71.9％（23/32）,两组疗效组间比较差异有显著性（x2=6.387,P＜O.05）.结论 阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病可以明显提高疗效,控制血糖水平,安全性好,值得推广和应用.

Efficacy of acarbose and metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes

Objective To observe the effect acarbose and metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods Sixty-four eases of type 2 diabetes patients were treated strictly controlled diet,exercise,on the basis of each group to metformin 0.5 g,orally,3 times / d,observation group were treated with acarbose 50 mg,3 times / d,lunch and dinner orally,if blood glucose control was not satisfactory,gradually increased dose to 100 mg/times ,for 12 weeks.The efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The fasting blood glucose were observed before the treatment group and the control group of patients and 2 h postprandial blood glucose compared with no significant difference （P〉0.05）, lower than before treatment and after treatment,fasting blood glucose and meal after 2 h plasma glucose was （8.3±1.6） mmol/L, （ 10.2± 1.5） mmol/L, respectively, significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. After 12 weeks of treatment, the total curative rate was 93.8%（30/32） in the observation group, the total efficacy rate of the control group was 71.9% （23/32） ,the difference was significant group between the two groups （X2=6.387,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acarbose and mefformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes can significantly improve the efficacy,control blood sugar levels,safety, worthy of promotion and application .
