高压氧对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及认知功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨高压氧对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及认知功能的影响。方法70例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组予常规治疗.观察组同时联合高压氧治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效及两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、MMSE评分、WMS评分、MOCA评分。结果观察组患者总有效率为94.3%,对照组总有效率为71.4%,两组比较,差异具有显著性(χ^2=5.458,P〈0.05)。两组患者的神经功能缺损评分分别较治疗前明显降低.且观察组患者明显低于对照组.两组患者的MMSE评分、WMS评分、MOCA评分均较治疗前明显升高,且观察组较对照组升高更显著(P〈0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上根据适应证选择高压氧治疗,可以提高疗效,明显改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能及认知功能,值得临床推广和应用。

Effects of hyperbaric oxygen on the neurological function and cognitive function in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen on the neurological function and cognitive function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 35 patients, the control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the clinical efficacy and MMSE score, WMS score, MOCA score of neurological function defect score before and after treatment were observed between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group patients was 94.3%, the control group was 71.4%, the dif- ference was significant (χ^2=5.458, P〈0.05). Two groups of patients neurological deficit scores were significantly lower than before treatment, and observation group patients'were significantly lower than the control group, MMSE score, WMS score, MOCA score of two groups were significantly increased before tratment, and observation group increased more significantly than the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment according to the indications of hyperbaric oxygen therapy choice, can improve efficacy, significantly improve neurological function and cognitive function of patients with acute cerebral infarction, and it is worthy of promotion and application .
