氟哌噻吨美利曲辛对功能性消化不良患者负面情绪及疗效的影响

目的：探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛对功能性消化不良（FD）患者负面情绪及疗效的影响。方法将146例FD患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各73例,对照组给予莫沙必利、奥美拉唑治疗,观察组加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛,4周后对比两组负面情绪及疗效差异。结果观察组完全缓解率21.92%、总有效率90.41%分别优于对照组的6.85%、71.23%,观察组治疗后FD主要症状、HAMA、HAMD-17评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,两组药物不良反应差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛可纠正FD患者负面情绪,减轻临床症状,提高疗效,未明显增加药物风险,建议常规应用。

The effect of flupentixol melitracen on negative emotions and curative ef-fect of patients with functional dyspepsia

Objective To explore the effect of flupentixol melitracen on negative emotions and curative effect of pa-tients with functional dyspepsia（FD）. Methods All 146 patients with FD were randomly allocated to control group and observation group on the basis of random number table, with 73 patients in each group. The control group was given mosapride and omeprazole, while the observation group was added flupentixol melitracen. Differences of negative emo-tions and curative effects between the two groups were compared after four weeks. Results Total remission rate and to-tal effective rate in the observation group were 21.92% and 90.41% respectively, both higher than those of 6.85% and 71.23% in the control group. Main symptoms of FD, HAMA, and HAMA-17 scores in the observation group after the treatment were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of drug adverse events between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Flupentixol melitracen helps to reduce patients＇ negative emotions, alleviate clinical symptoms and enhance curative effect without increasing risks of taking drugs,which is recommended to be applied in a regular basis.
