超声乳化与小切口非超声乳化治疗白内障的疗效对比研究

目的比较超声乳化与小切口非超声乳化治疗白内障的疗效。方法选择我院2012年1月-2014年1月行手术治疗的白内障患者90例（112眼），行超声乳化手术治疗的50例患者设立为A组，40例行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术患者设立为B组，比较两组患者术后1d及术后1周、1个月视力在0．1-0．5及0．6-1．0的视力情况及两组患者术后1d、术后l周、术后1个月、术后3个月角膜散光度、术后并发症情况。结果两组患者术后1d及术后1周、术后1个月的视力在0．1-0．5及0．6-1．0组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组患者术后1d、术后1周、术后1个月、术后3个月角膜散光度分别较术前明显改善，但两组不同时间点角度散光度比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组患者术后并发症的发生率分别为20％、15％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论超声乳化与小切口非超声乳化治疗白内障均具有较好的疗效，可明显改善患者的视力及角膜散光。且小切口非超声乳化更具优势，其并发症明显少于超声乳化手术。

The efficacy of phacoemulsification and small incision non-phacoemulsification in treatment of cataract

Objective To compare the effect of phacoemulsification and small incision non-phacoemulsification in treatment of cataract. Methods From January 2012 to January 2014, selected cataract patients 90 cases（112 eyes）, phacoemulsification surgery in 50 patients （group A）, 40 cases of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract（group B）, after one day, one week, after a month the vision of 0.1 to 0.5 and 0.6 to 1.0 in the case of vision were compared, after ld, one week, one month, three months corneal astigmatism, postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results Vision between 0.1 to 0.5 and 0.6 to 1.0 in two group after surgery for one day one week, and a month, were not statistical astigmatism significance （P〉 0.05）. After corneal astigmatism for ld, one week, one month, three months were significantly improved compared with that before, but the angle at different time points showed no statisti- cal astigmatism significance between two groups （P〉0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in A group and B group was 20% and 15%, showed statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Phacoemulsification and small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract treatment have better efficacy, and significantly improve the patientJs visual acuity and corneal astigmatism, and the small incision phacoemulsification advantages, its complications, significantly less than phacoemulsification.
