单操作孔胸腔镜手术在胸部手术中的应用

目的 分析单操作孔胸腔镜手术在胸部手术中的应用价值.方法 选取本院收治的胸部疾病患者共69例,随机分为观察组35例,对照组34例,观察组患者采用单操作孔胸腔镜手术进行治疗,对照组采用常规多操作孔胸腔镜手术进行治疗,比较两组患者的术后并发症发生率、治疗后生活质量情况.结果 两组患者在术中出血量、拔管时间、术后住院时间方面无显著性差异（P＞0.05）.观察组患者在术后并发症发生率上低于对照组（P＜0.05）.观察组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 采用单操作孔胸腔镜手术治疗胸部疾病具有安全性与科学性,值得在临床上进行推广与应用.

The use of single aperture thoracoscope surgery operation in the chest

Objective To analyze the value of the single aperture thoracoscope surgery operation in chest surgery. Methods Choose 69 cases with breast disease patients treated at our hospital, random composition observation group of 35 cases,control group of 34 eases,observation group were treated by single aperture thoracoscope surgery operation treatment, the control group with normal operation aperture thoracoscope surgery treatment, compared two groups of patients the incidence of postoperative complications and quality of life after treatment. Results Two groups of patients in the intraoperative blood loss,operative time,extubation time, postoperative hospitalization time had no significant dif- ference （P〉0.05）. Observation group of patients was significantly lower than control group in the incidence of postoperative complications （P〈0.05）. Quality of life scores of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The single aperture thoracoscope surgery treatment of chest disease is safe and scientific,is worth popularization and application in clinic.
