联合检测CEA、CA19-9、CA242、CA72-4对直肠癌早期诊断的价值

目的探讨联合检测CEA、CA19—9、CA242、CA72—4对直肠癌早期诊断的价值。方法采用化学发光法联合检测经肠镜及病理检查确诊的直肠癌、直肠溃疡患者和健康对照组血清中CEA、CA19—9、CA242、CA72—4水平。结果直肠癌组患者血清中CEA、CA19—9、CA242、CA72—4的水平与直肠溃疡组及健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），联合检测血清癌胚抗原CEA、CA19—9、CA242、CA72--4对直肠癌诊断敏感性为81．7％，准确性为95．1％，与单项检测比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论联合检测血清CEA、CA19—9、CA242、CA72—4可提高早期直肠癌的诊断敏感性和准确性。

Diagnostic value of combined detection of CEA,CA19-9, CA242 and CA72-4 on rectal cancer

Objective To study the diagnostic value of combined detection of CEA,CA19-9,CA242 and CA72-4 on colorectal cancer. Methods Serum levels of CEA,CA19-9, CA242, CA72-4 were measured by chemiluminesence immunoassay method in all the patients. Results The results showed that the serum levels of CEA, CA19-9, CA242, CA72-4 content were significantly higher in the colorectal carcinoma group than those in the benign colorectal diseases group（P〈0.05）, the sensitivity, specificity,availability of united detection serum CEA, CA19-9, CA242, CA72-4 for rectal carcinoma were 81.7% and 95.1%, there was significant difference compared to single detection （P〈0.05）. Conclusion United detection of serum CEA, CA19-9, CA242, CA72-4 can improve the sensitivity for the early diagnosis of cancers.
