经尿道前列腺电切术在前列腺增生症治疗中的运用

目的 观察经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床效果.方法 选择我院收治的78例前列腺增生患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统开放性手术治疗.观察组采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,比较两组治疗前后前列腺增生临床症状改善情况及日常生活质量改善情况.结果 观察组、对照组患者治疗后IPSS评分（7.3±0.7）、（10.2±1.2）显著优于治疗前（15.4±2.1）、（15.3±2.1）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组患者治疗后IPSS评分改善情况更佳.观察组、对照组患者治疗后生活质量指数（0.5±0.2）、（2.1±0.6）显著优于治疗前（5.2±0.6）、（5.3±0.7）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组患者治疗后生活质量改善情况更佳.观察组患者治疗后残余尿量（19.3±4.3）mL及最大尿流率（12.9±2.5）mL/s改善显著优于对照组（50.1±4.5）mL、（10.9±2.3）mL/s,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生疗效显著,安全性好,可显著提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用.

Using of urethral electricity cut method in the treatment of prostate hyperplasia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of urethra electricity cut method for hyperplasia of prostate. Meth- ods Chose 78 cases with hyperplasia of prostate as the research object, randomly divided into control group and obser- vation group, control group treated with traditional open surgery. Observation group treated with transurethral electric cut method. The benign prostatic hyperplasia clinical improvement of symptoms and quality of life improvement were compared between two groups before and after the treatment. Results Observation group and control group after treat- ment in patients with IPSS score （7.3 ± 0.7）, （10.2±1.2） significantly better than before treatment （15.4 ±2.1）, （15.3± 2.1）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Observation group improved better than the control group after treatment. Observation group and control group patients＂ quality of life index after treatment（0.5±0.2）, （2.1±0.6） significantly better than before treatment （5.2 ±0.6）, （5.3±0.7）, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Observation group improved better than the control group. After treatment observation group＇s residual urine （19.3±4.3）mL and maximum urinary flow rate （12.9±2.5）mL/s improved significantly better than the control group （50.1 ±4.5） mL, （10.9±2.3）mL/s , the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The transurethral electrical cut method in threatment of prostate hyperplasia with obvious therapeutic effect,good safety,can significantly improve the patients quality of life, is worthy of clinical application.
