摘    要:目的 探究二甲双胍对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及大血管的影响.方法 选取26例初发2型糖尿病患者(对照组),20例病史5年以上2型糖尿病的患者(观察组),均服用二甲双胍1年,对比治疗前后两中组患者的Hcy与颈动脉内膜厚度(IMT),并行相关性分析.结果 观察组患者的Hcy水平与IMT显著高于对照组,治疗后两组患者的Hcy水平与IMT,均显著低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析结果显不,IMT与Hcy水平呈正相关(r=0.483,P<0.05).结论 二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病和2型糖尿病病史5年以上患者的血清同型半胱氨酸水平变化及治疗糖尿病大血管病变的临床获益存在一致性,定期监测同型半胱氨酸,有利于延缓大血管并发症的发生.

The influence of aorta and clinical benefit of metformin on Hcy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of aorta of mefformin on (homocysteine,Hcy) in patients with type 2 di- abetes mellitus. Methods A total of 26 cases of patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic mellitus (control group) and 20 eases of patients with history of more than 5 years of type 2 diabetes (observation group) were recruited.All of the patients were used 1 year of mefformin, and the Hey level and intima-media thickness(IMT) of two groups prethera- py andpost-treatment were compared, and correlative analysis between the results were performed. Results The Hey level and IMT of observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group,and after treatment, the Hey level and IMT of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Correlation analysis results showed that the relationship between IMT and Hey level was positively correlated (r=0.483, P〈0.483). Conclusion The clinical benefit of mefformin treatment in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic mellitus (control group) and patients with history of more than 5 years of type 2 diabetes is consistent, and regular monitoring of homocysteine is helpful to delay of the onset of major vascular complications.
