不同根充糊剂在根管治疗中的临床疗效比较

目的 比较Apexitplus糊剂、Endomethasone糊剂在根管治疗中的疗效.方法 选取2012年7月～2013年7月我院口腔科门诊需进行根管充填的患者110例120颗患牙,其中55例62颗患牙应用Apexitplus糊剂,设立为A组,其余55例58颗患牙应用Endomethasone糊剂,设立为B组.两组患者患牙术前均摄X线片,根管常规预备、消毒,以生理盐水和3％过氧化氢液交替冲洗、清理患牙根管并测量工作长度,以氢氧化钙糊剂封闭5～7 d.比较两组的疗效及术后患牙疼痛状况.结果 A组患者的总有效率90.3％,B组患者的总有效率93.1％,B组患者的有效率虽然高于A组,但差异不显著（x2=1.023,P＞0.05）.术后1～7 d,A组6颗牙出现重度疼痛,B组1颗牙出现重度疼痛,B组患者疼痛效果明显轻于A组,经秩和检验,差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论 Apexitplus糊剂（氢氧化钙根管充填糊剂）、Endomethasone糊剂（美松糊剂））在根管治疗中均具有较好的疗效,但应用Endomethasone糊剂（美松糊剂）缓解患者疼痛的效果更好.

The effect of different root canal sealers in root canal therapy

Objective To investigate the effect of Apexitplus paste（calcium hydroxide root canal sealers）, Endomethasone paste （dexamethasone paste）. Methods Selected From January 2013 to January 2013 in outpatient hospital dentistry teeth 110 cases, included 55 cases of application Apexitplus paste the establishment of group A,and the remaining 55 cases the application endomethasone paste the establishment of group B, two groups of patients before surgery teeth X-ray films, conventional root canal preparation, sterilization, saline and 3% hydrogen peroxide solution alternately flushing, cleaning and suffering from root canal working length measurement, calcium hydroxide paste closed 5 - 7 days.The efficacy and pain results were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in group A was 90.3%, the total effective rate of patients in group B was 93.1%, the difference was not significant between two groups （X2=1.023, P〉0.05）. Two groups occurred in root canal therapy after 1-7d ,group A of six teeth severe pain, group B of 1 tooth severe pain, group B were significantly lighter than the group A of pain effect,the difference was significant be- tween two groups （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Apexitplus paste （calcium hydroxide root canal sealers）, Endomethasone paste （dexamethasone paste）in root canal therapy have better efficacy, but the application effect of Endomethasone paste （dexamethasone paste） remission in patients pain better.
