摘    要:目的 探讨运动平板试验心电图变化与冠状动脉病变部位的相关性,以指导临床治疗.方法 回顾性分析50例行运动平板试验及冠状动脉造影检查的冠心病患者的临床治疗,根据冠状动脉造影检查所得主要病变血管将患者分为右冠组11例、左前降支组21例及回旋支组18例,分别对三组患者运动平板试验所得结果进行分析,对比各组患者运动平板试验中ST段改变导联的差异.结果 右冠组:下壁导联(Ⅱ、Ⅲ、avF)ST段改变者明显高于其他导联ST段改变者;左前降支组:前壁导联(V4-V6)ST段改变者明显高于其他导联ST段改变者;而回旋支组各导联ST段改变者未见统计学差异.三组间比较,ST段改变导联存在统计学差异.结论 运动平板试验的心电图可对冠状动脉病变进行大致定位,临床可参考治疗.

The correlation between the change of electrocardiogram treadmill exercise test and coronary artery lesions

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between electrocardiogram treadmill exercise test and coronary lesion site,and to guide the clinical treatment. Methods A total of 50 cases with heart coronary disease were chosen to take treadmill exercise test. All these patients were divided into 3 gr0ups.11 cases were in the right coronary group.21 cases were in the left anterior descending branch group.18 cases were in the left circumflex group. Compared the treadmill exercise test results of these 3 groups,and to compare the exercise treadmill test in patients with contrast group ST seg- ment changes lead difference. Results The inferior (II, III, avF) ST segment changes of right coronary group were sig- nificantly higher than those of other lead ST segment changes.The lead (V4-V6) ST segment changes of left anterior descending branch of the anterior wall of group were significantly higher than those of other lead ST segment changes. The lead ST segment changes LCX group were not in statistical difference.The ST segment change comparison between three group were significant different. Conclusion ECG treadmill exercise test can investigate the location of coronary artery disease roughly.This method is worthy to be applied in clinical treatment.
