摘    要:目的 探讨T型胎粪吸引管在羊水污染无活力新生儿中的临床应用效果.方法 选取我院2013年1月~2014年1月出生的40例羊水污染无活力新生儿为观察对象,依随机数字表随机分为对照组和观察组.对照组新生儿娩出后采取插管以及气管内冲洗等常规处理措施,观察组新生儿娩出后在对照组常规清理的基础上,给予气管插管T型胎粪吸引管,再相连于负压吸引器,实施气管内吸引.比较两组MAS发生率.结果 对照组出现MAS(胎粪吸入综合征)11例,治疗后8例康复;观察组出现MAS 5例,治疗后全部康复.观察组MAS发生率较对照组显著低(P<0.05),治愈率较对照组高(P<0.05),组间差异具统计学意义.结论 T型胎粪吸引管应用于羊水污染无活力新生儿,可明显减少MAS的发生,降低并发症,增加治愈效率.

Clinical application of T-meconium aspiration tube in amniotic and no activity newborns

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of clinical application of T-meconium aspiration tube in amniotic and no activity newborns. Methods Observed objects were 40 cases of newborns who were received by our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 and randomly divided into control group and observation group, all infants were routine- ly endotreaeheal intubated at birth,and control group were treated with tracheobronchial lavage with saline, while ob- servation group after delivery were aspired and were given T-meconium aspiration tube and tracheal intubation, and then suction device connected in implementing endotracheal suctioning.the prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results 11 eases of control group appeared MAS, and 8 cases recovered after treatment; 5 cases of observa- tion group appeared MAS, all recovered after treatment. The incidence of observation group was significantly lower than control group (P〈0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The cure rate of observation group was higher than control group (P〈0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion the application of T-meconium as- piration tube in amniotie and no activity newborns can reduce MAS ,lower complication and improve cure rate.
