手法治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨手法治疗颈源性头痛的临床效果.方法 收集2012年2月～2013年12月就诊于我院门诊的颈源性头痛患者112例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各56例,治疗组采用手法按摩治疗,3周为一个疗程,对照组患者口服布洛芬对症治疗,6d为一个疗程,一个疗程后通过目测类比评分法（Visural Analogue Scale,VAS）评估两组患者疼痛缓解情况,通过数字评价量表分析两组患者的临床有效率.结果 治疗组患者VAS评分较对照组患者显著下降（P＜0.05）.治疗后治疗组患者临床总有效率82.1％（46/56）,对照组50％（28/56）.结论 手法按摩较单纯药物止痛可以明显缓解患者颈源性头痛.

Clinical observation of manipulative treatment for cervicogenic headache

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of manipulative treatment for cervicogenic headache. Methods All 112 cervicogenic headache patients from our hospital outpatient departments from February 2012 to December 2013 were included in our study, according to cervicogenic headache diagnostic criteria admitted by Committee of the international headache. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control!group. Patients in treatment group were treated with manipulative treatment, three weeks for a course, while patients in control group were treated with oral ibuprofen, six days for a course. After a course, patients both in treatment group and in control group were as, sessed by Visural Analogue Scale （VAS） and Numeric Rating Scale （NRS）. Results VAS score of patients in treatment group decreased more significantly than that in control group （P 〈0.05）. After treatment for one course, clinical effective rate of patients treated with manipulative therapy was 82.1% （46/56）, while clinical effective rate of patients treated with ibuprofen was 50.0% （28/56）. Conclusion Manipulative treatment for cervicogenic headache has better effect than the simple traditional medicine treatment.
