氧气雾化与超声雾化吸入治疗小儿呼吸系统疾病的临床研究

摘    要:目的对比超声雾化吸人和氧气雾化吸入在小儿呼吸系统疾病治疗中的临床疗效。方法242例呼吸系统疾病患儿分成氧气吸入组和超声吸入组,对比两组的临床疗效。结果氧气吸入组和超声吸入组的有效率分别为100.0%和88.4%,氧气吸入组的临床疗效显著优于超声吸人组(P〈0.05)。超声吸入组咳嗽、呼吸困难以及肺部哕音的消失时间分别为(4.11±1.24)d、(4.34±1.32)d和(4.84±1.65)d,氧气吸人组为(3.25±1.24)d、(3.31±1.26)d和(3.76±1.48)d,氧气吸人组临床症状的消失时间显著短于超声吸入组(P〈0.05)。结论氧气雾化吸入治疗小儿呼吸系统疾病临床疗效优于超声雾化吸入,值得临床推广应用。

Study on the clinical efficacy of oxygen atomization inhalation and ultra- sonic atomization inhalation on respiratory diseases in children

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oxygen atomization inhalation and ultrasonic atomization inhalation on respiratory diseases in children. Methods A total of 242 children with respiratory diseases were enrolled in this study. All the cases were divided into two groups :oxygen atomization group and ultrasonic atomization group. The clinic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The clinic effective rate in oxygen atomization group and ultrasonic atomization group was 100.0% and 88.4%, respectively. The clinic effective rate in oxygen atomization group was higher than that in ultrasonic atomization group (P〈0.05). The disappearing time of cough, difficulty breathing, and the speed of relieving cough ultrasonic atomization group were (4.11± 1.24) d, (4.34±1.32) d, and (4.84± 1.65) d,respectively. Which in oxygen atomization group were(3.25±1.24) d, (3.31±1.26) d, (3.76±1.48) d, respectively. The disappearing time of clinical symptoms in oxygen atomization group was shorter than that in ultrasonic atomization group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Oxygen atomization shows more effectively clinical efficacy on treating respiratory diseases in children than ultrasonic atomization inhalation.
