摘    要:目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者病情发展与血糖、血脂的相关性.方法 入选2012年6月~2013年6月就诊于我院的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者68例设为观察组,选择同期健康体检者80例设为对照组,对两组患者进行血糖、血脂的测定,探索慢性阻塞性肺疾病发展与血糖、血脂的相关性.结果 观察组平均空腹血糖、平均餐后2h血糖明显高于对照组;经分析,疾病严重程度分级与空腹血糖、餐后2h、TC及LDL-C均呈正相关(均P<0.01).结论 血糖和血脂相关指标与慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者病情发展呈正相关,因此,在此类人群中进行血糖、血脂等指标检查十分必要.

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between disease development and blood glucose, blood lipid of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 68 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were set as the observation group, and 80 healthy persons confirmed by examination results at the same period as the control group.The blood glucose and blood lipid of patients in two groups were measured, to explore the relationship between disease development and blood glucose, blood lipid in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Results Average fasting blood glucose, 2 h mean blood glucose after meal in observation group was higher than control group. The severity of disease classification and fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h, TC and LDL-C showed a positive correlation (P〈0.01). Conclusion The related indexes of blood glucose and blood lipid were positively correlated in progression of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, so it is necessary to exam blood glucose, blood lipid in this population.
