平片修补法治疗成人腹股沟疝的体会

目的：分析总结平片修补法治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床效果、操作要点及其应用前景。方法回顾性分析我科2007年5月~2012年5月采用平片修补法（Lichtenstein术）治疗的169例患者的临床资料,观察记录手术时间、术后疼痛、住院天数、复发率、局部异物感及术后慢性疼痛等。结果所有病人均治愈出院,平均手术时间40 min,术后切口疼痛剧烈5例,急性尿潴留4例,无切口感染,无阴囊血肿,平均住院时间3d,平均住院费用3800元,随访9~65个月无复发病例。3例患者出现轻度慢性疼痛。结论平片修补法治疗成人腹股沟疝,手术操作简单,无张力,并发症少,疗效可靠,住院时间短,费用低,特别值得在基层医院推广施行。

Experience of lichtenstein technique for adult inguinal hernia

Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical effects, operating points and application prospects of Lichtenstein technique for adult. Methods From May 2007 to May 2012, the clinical data of 169 cases were retrospec-tively analyzed, such as operative time, postoperative pain, hospital days, relapse rate, foreign body sensation and post-operative topical chronic pain. Results All patients were cured, the average operation time was 40 min, the average hospital stay was 3 days, average hospital charges was 3,800 yuan, incision severe pain in 5 cases, acute urinary reten-tion of 4 cases, no incision infection and scrotal hematoma, followed up for 9-65 months without recurrence, mild chronic pain in 3 cases. Conclusion Lichtenstein technique for adults is simple operation with no tension, fewer com-plications, reliable efficacy, shorter hospital stay and lower costs, suitable for use in primary hospitals.
