来氟米特联合泼尼松治疗难治性肾病综合征30例临床观察

目的 探讨来氟米特联合泼尼松治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效.方法 选取2011年1月～2013年1月我院收治的60例难治性肾病综合征患者,随机分为观察组（30例）与对照组（30例）,对照组予环磷酰胺联合泼尼松治疗,观察组予来氟米特联合泼尼松治疗,比较两组的疗效及治疗前后Scr、BUN、24h尿蛋白定量的变化情况.结果 观察组和对照组治疗后总有效率分别为93.3％、90.0％,两组疗效比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）.观察组和对照组患者治疗前Scr、BUN、24h尿蛋白定量比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）;治疗后观察组和对照组患者Scr、BUN、24h尿蛋白定量均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者的Scr、BUN、24h尿蛋白定量均较对照组显著降低,差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论 来氟米特联合泼尼松治疗难治性肾病综合征能提高疗效,改善患者的肾功能,值得推广和应用.

Clinical observation of leflunomide and prednisone in treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of leflunomide and prednisone treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods Selected 60 patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome from January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital ,were randomly divided into observation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）,the control group was given cyclophosphamide and prednisone treatment,observation group added leflunomide and prednisone, the efficacy of two groups and Scr, BUN, 24h urine protein changes in the situation before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.3%, 90.0%, the difference was not sta- tistically significant （P〉0.05）. Before treatment,the Scr, BUN, 24h urine protein of observation group and control group＇ s difference was not significant （P〉O.05） ; After treatment, the Scr, BUN, 24h urinary protein of the observation group and control group patients significantly reduced than before treatment,and Scr, BUN,24h urinary protein of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Leflunomide and prednisone in treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome can improve efficacy and renal function in patients, should be promoted and applied.
