赣东北地区人群冠心病危险因素与冠心病的相关性分析

摘    要:目的 探讨赣东北地区人群冠状动脉狭窄的严重程度与心血管疾病的危险因素的关系.方法 选择2010年2月~2013年6月在本院行冠脉造影的1000例患者的临床资料,分析年龄、性别、吸烟、血压、血脂、血糖等危险因素与冠脉狭窄程度的关系.对冠状动脉的狭窄程度进行定量Gensini评分,采用单因素和多因素方法分析.结果 单因素分析示,在冠脉积分逐渐增高的四组中,单个危险因素和危险因素数目的百分率也都逐渐增高.多因素Logistic回归分析示,高LDL-C和2型糖尿病为冠脉狭窄最显著的独立相关危险因素.其他危险因素依次为吸烟、男性、高血压、老龄.结论 高LDL-C和2型糖尿病是冠脉造影诊断冠心病的最显著的独立相关危险因素.

Abstract:Objective To explore the association between the severity of coronary artery stenosis and cardiovascular disease risk factors in northeast of Jiangxi. Methods The clinical data of 1000 patients receiving coronary angiography in our hospital from Feb 2010 to June 2013 were analyzed. The association between age, gender, smoking, blood pressure, blood lipid, blood glucose, risk factors and the degree of coronary artery stenosis ere analyzed. The degree of coronary artery stenosis was quantitatively evaluated by Gensini scoring,univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were applied. Results Univariate analysis demonstrated that in the four groups with gradual increase of coronary Gensini score, the percentage of single risk factor and risk factor number also gradually increased. Multivariate Logistic re- gression analysis demonstrated that high LDL-C level and type 2 diabetes were the most prominent independent risk factors for coronary artery stenosis. Other risk factors included smoking, male, hypertension and senility. Conclusion High LDL-C level and type 2 diabetes are the most prominent independent risk factors for diagnosis of coronary artery disease by coronary angiography.
