自制外固定套在气管切开术后吸氧及持续气道湿化患者中的应用

目的研究分析自制外固定套在气管切开术后吸氧及持续气道湿化患者中的应用。方法将在我院进行气管切开的80例患者随机分为实验组和对照组。各40例。对照组患者未采用自制外固定套的方法对持续气道湿化进行护理，而实验组患者采用自制外固定套的方法对持续气道湿化进行护理。比较两组患者的临床疗效及患者的舒适情况。结果实验组患者的总有效率（87．50％）明显高于对照组（62．50％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；实验组患者的舒适率（85．00％）明显高于对照组（60．00％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论自制外固定套对于气管切开的患者能有效地使氧疗及气道湿化得到保证，并且有防尘的作用，护士工作量也得到减轻。

The application of self-made external fixed sleeve oxygen in tracheotomy and continuous airway humidification patients

Objective To study the analysis of application of the self-made external fixed sleeve oxygen in tracheotomy and continuous airway humidification patients. Methods Eighty cases of tracheotomy patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group of two groups in our hospital, each of 40 patients. Patients in the control group did not use the fixed set of methods made of continuous airway humidification nursing, while the experi- mental group were treated with self-made external fixation sleeve of continuous airway humidification of nursing. The clinical efficacy and patients in two groups of patients with comfort were compared. Results The total efficiency rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group in the total efficiency （87.50% vs 62.50%）, was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; Comfortable rate was better than that of the experimental group in the control group, there were statistical significance （85.00% vs 60.00%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The self-made fixed sleeve for tra- cheotomy patients can effectively make the oxygen therapy and airway humidification guaranteed, and the role of dust, the workload of nurses have been reduced.
