| 摘 要： | 介绍吴振国老中医治疗不孕症的经验。吴氏治疗不孕症，强调肾为生殖之本、受孕之源，滋肾填精为治疗之要法；重视多脏之间的联属关系，不孕之症宜考虑多脏受累，尤其应注重肾肝脾的调理；注重辨证与辨病相结合，对部分患者治疗若将传统的中医辨证与现代医学辨病有机结合，则针对性更强，疗效更显著。

| Abstract: | Veteran physician Wu Zhenguo's experience on the treatment of sterility was presented.Dr.Wu emphasized that the kidney is the basis of reproduction and the essence of conception,and nourishing kidney and vital essence is an important measure for the treatment.The connection among the viscera was also noticed,and in sterility many viscera were involved,especially,kidney,liver ans spleen.Synrome differentiation and disease differentiation should be combined in order to attain more effects.The typical case records were also attached. |
