| 摘 要： | 目的 46例早期自然流产绒毛标本染色体进行分析。方法 绒毛细胞培养法及G显带制作染色体分析。结果 40例早期自然流产患者绒毛标本染色体异常共17例，占42．5％，单体型7例(41．2％)、三倍体5例(29．4％)、染色体易位、缺失、嵌合体倒位等共4例(23．5％)。结论 染色体异常是自然流产的重要原因。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the chromosome karyotypes in spontaneous abortion villus.Methods Use villus cell culture and the chromosome with G-bands by trypsin using Giemsa.Results There are 17 cases chromosome abnormality in 46 cases(42.5%),and abnormal karyotypes included trisome,triploids,etc.Conclusion Chromosome abnormalities are one of the nost important factors and the chromosome study of spontaneous abortion plays a great role in the causes. |
