日本血吸虫感染兔红细胞上非游离性循环抗原的分子基础及其性质研究

摘    要:本文采用特殊方法成功地从感染兔红细胞上分离出非游离性循环抗原(NF-CAg),并经实验证明NF-CAg主要含有分子重为12KDa和47KDa两种组分抗原,分别称为SjR12和SjR47蛋白分子,前者属虫源性组分抗原,后者为卵源性组分抗原。SjR12和SjR47组分抗原从其存在部位、分子量及抗原成分特点分析,均不同于现在国内外所报道的循环抗原(也可称为游高性循环抗原,F-CAg),具有明显的理论意义和应用前景。本项研究尚未见有类似报道。

Abstract:The molecular weights of two major components of NF-CAgs appeared in 12kda and 47kDa by enzymelinked immunoblotting techniques(ELIB),respectively.Immunological localizations using indirect fluorescent antibody test of both fractional proteins of NF-CAgs showing 12kDa and 47kDa protein molecules(called SjR12 and SJR47 fractional proteins) shared worm origin antigin and egg origin antigen,respectively.The F-CAgs reported previously presented their existing locntions,molecular weights,antigenic compositions and characterististic significantly different from those of SjR12:and Sjr47 fractional protein.This study is of markedly theoretical and applicable value.The similar studyha,been not,seen as yet.
