《金匮要略》治则治法辨析

《金匮要略》是中医临床基础学科的经典课程之一,其主要内容是关于内伤杂病治则治法的论述,被誉为医方之经、方书之祖,是治疗杂病的典范,临床实践的准绳。由于种种原因,存在着诸多难点、疑点。为进一步规范《金匮要略》治则治法的理论研究,作者从《金匮》一书的基本论点、杂病治则治法的概念、《金匮》治则内容概要、《金匮》治法内容概要四方面进行探讨。认为,整体恒动观念、脏腑经络学说、辨证论治、治病求本、形神统一等理论及在此理论指导下的治则治法,是中医学独特的思维方式和诊疗方法,是仲景学术思想的精髓与核心内容,应在继承的基础上,进一步发掘广大。

Differentiation of Treatment Principles and Methods in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber

Synopsis of the Golden Chamber is one of the classic courses of TCM clinical basic branch of learning.Its main idea is about the discussion on the treatment principles and methods for miscellaneous disease,whis is considered as the classic of medical works,exmaple for miscellaneous disease treatment,ceterion for clinical pratice,but there still exist mary difficulties and questionable points because of some reasons.In order to standardize the theoretical research on the treatment principles and treatment,from the four aspects: the basic idea of Synopsis of Golden Chamber,the concept of treatment principles and methods for miscellaneous disease,content outline of treatment principles in Synopsis of Golden Chamber and content outline of treatment methods in Synopsis of Golden Chamber,the author thinks that the wholism,the theory of zang-fu and colleterals and meridians,syndrome differentiation and treatment,searching for the primary cause of disease in treatment,unity of body and spirit and the treatment principles and methods under the guidance of the above theories are the unique mode of thinking and treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine,the quintessence and core content of Zhongjing academic thought and that they should be carried forward and further developed.
