强肌健力饮对脾虚证大鼠血清甲状腺激素水平的影响

摘    要:目的:观察强肌健力饮对脾虚大鼠血清T3(三碘甲腺原氨酸)、T4(甲状腺素)、rT3(3,3′,5′-三碘甲腺原氨酸)、TSH(促甲状腺激素)含量的影响,以期进一步了解该方药对脾虚证的药理作用,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法:选用SD雄性大鼠,随机分为正常对照组(n=10)、脾虚模型组(n=12)、强肌低剂组(n=13)、强肌中剂组(n=13)、强肌高剂组(n=11)、四君子汤组(n=10)。采用大黄复制脾虚模型,分别于上午给予蒸馏水、大黄水煎剂灌胃;下午分别灌以等量的蒸馏水及相应剂量的强肌健力饮和四君子汤,连续用药20天,实验结束后取大鼠血清,观察各组大鼠甲状腺激素的含量变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,脾虚模型组血清T3、T4分泌减少,有显著性差异(P0.01);rT3分泌有所增加但尚未统计学差异,TSH无反馈性升高(P0.05)。强肌健力饮高剂量使下降的T3、T4含量均明显升高,有显著性差异(P0.01),强肌健力饮低剂量在恢复T4方面有明显作用(P0.01)。四君子汤对脾虚引起的T3、T4分泌减少亦有明显的恢复作用(P0.01)。结论:强肌健力饮对脾虚证大鼠有一定的保护作用,其作用机理之一与调节甲状腺激素水平有关。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of Qiangji Jianli Yin on Thyroid Hormone of rats with Splenoasthenic syndrome.Methods:SD male rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group and QJJLY groups(treated with QJJLY at the doses of 7.8,15.6,and 23.4 g·kg^-1·d^-1 respectively),Sijunzi tang group(at the doses of 20 g·kg^-1·d^-1).Rats models of Splenoasthenic syndrom were established with daily gavage of rhubarb dec℃tion(2mL200%) for 20 days.outer appearance and activity of daily life of rats were observed,and the serum levels of Thyroid Hormone(including T3,T4,rT3 and TSH)were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA) content.Results:Compared with normal ciontrol group,in model group serum T3 and T4 content were obviously decreased(P〈0.01).In high dosea of QJJLYgroups,serum T3 and T4 level were increased.and low doses can improve T4 level(P〈0.01 compared with the modil group).Conclusion:The preventive and therapeutic mechanism of QJJLY for rats with Splenoasthenic syndrome probably related with the regulation og the Thyroid Hormone.
