桑白皮的药理作用

目的:观察桑白皮镇痛抗炎和对消化系统的药理作用。方法:镇痛实验采用热痛刺激、乙酸腹腔注射的方法;抗炎实验观察桑白皮对乙酸提高小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、对二甲苯引起小鼠耳肿及角叉菜胶引起小鼠足跖肿胀的影响;抗实验性胃溃疡观察对小鼠水浸应激性、盐酸性及吲哚美辛—乙醇性溃疡影响;药物腹泻实验观察桑白皮对蓖麻油性及番泻叶性腹泻的影响。结果:桑白皮提取物15g/kg可明显延长小鼠热痛刺激甩尾反应的潜伏期;明显降低乙酸所致升高的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性,抑制率为40%;桑白皮5g/kg、15g/kg均明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿和角叉菜胶所致小鼠足跖肿;15g/kg 明显降低吲哚美辛—乙醇性胃溃疡指数,抑制率为38.5%;5g/kg、15g/kg 均明显减少蓖麻油性小鼠腹泻次数。结论:桑白皮具有镇痛抗炎作用,对消化系统有药理活性。

The Pharmacological Effect of Cortex Mori Radicis

Objective:To study the pharmacological effect of Cortex Mori Radicis (CMR) in respect of analgesia and anti-in- flammation and the effect on the digestion system.Methods:Using the methods of hot tenderness stimulation and in- traperitoneal injection of acetic acid to carry out analgesic experiment.And many other experiments mentioned in the fol- lowing paragraphs were carried out,too.Results:Ethanol extract (15g/kg) may markedly delay the latent period of tail- shaking reaction induced by hot tenderness and markedly decrease the level of peritoneal micro-vascular permeability in- creased by acetic acid;the inhibition rate being 40%.The doses of 5g/kg and 15g/kg may markedly inhibit the mice ear edema produced by dimethyl-benzene and the mice paw edema produced by carrageenin.The dose of 15g/kg may marked- ly inhibit the indomethacin-ethanol gastric ulcer in mice,the inhibition rate being 38.5 %.The doses of 5g/kg and 15g/ kg also inhibited the castor oil-induced experimental diarrhea in mice.Conclusion:CMR had the effects of analgesia and anti-inflammation and had effect on digestion system activity.
