| 摘 要： | 通过对深圳市1421名女性所作的体脂测定及结果分析，文章提出了兼顾BMI和体脂的体型判断标准。并在体型测定中发现：超脂型女性最多，超重超脂型次之。提示在判断肥胖时，不能只看BMI，而应同时测量体脂。另外还应警惕低重超脂型。

| Abstract: | In mansuring the body fat of 1421 women in ShenZhen, First time,the standard of judging body-type with BMI and body fat was introduced in this article, and at same time ,we found that: over fat type is the most, and the over weight over fat type is the second .It is suggested that when judging body type ,we shoud depend on not only BMI but also body fat. On the other hand,the low weight over fat type showd be remarked. |
