浅析大血管出血处理方法

目的为了提高大血管损伤后的救治成功率,减少伤残率。方法 82例患者不同类型的大血管出血,在不同部位分别采用外控法,内控法和内外控制法进行止血。结果 2例枪伤病人并发肾功能衰竭死亡;2例颈总动脉损伤者第19天再次大出血死亡;4例腘动脉损伤病人截肢;其余74例病人效果满意。结论采用这些方法灵活处理大血管出血可以获得良好的临床效果。

Treatment of Macrovascular Bleeding

Objective To improve treatment of major vascular injury after success rate and reduce the disability rate.Method 82 patients with different types of large vessels hemorrhage,were used in different parts of the external control method,internal control methods and internal and external control method to stop bleeding.Results The two cases of acute renal failure patients with gunshot wounds died;two cases of carotid artery injury section 19d further bleeding to death;four cases of popliteal artery injury patients amputation;remaining 74 patients with satisfactory result.Conclusion The flexibility of these methods can obtain a large blood vessel bleeding good clinical results.
